Thank you for your patience and bearing with us as we get through the last of the pledges and work on pre-orders. Nonetheless, we're committed to getting it up and running again ASAP and wrapping up fulfilllment as quickly as possible. We are getting technicians onsite using all the force and leverage we can muster, and we're also looking into alternative machinery brands at this point. While the first issue was resolved, the machine ran for all of a day and a half or so before succumbing to another, different issue. As of our last writing, we were having severe issues with our laser, which made engravings - a major part of most of the items in this campaign - difficult or impossible to complete. Progress continues to be made, shipments and orders continue to be sent out daily, but we are still in fulfillment at this time. It's hard to believe that October is already upon us once again!
